Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed and comfortable. They did a thorough and detailed assessment and went over the treatment plan with me. I plan on continuing care there and will recommend to family, friends and coworkers.
UPDATE:
Today is two weeks later, the day I dreaded, my extraction. I can honestly say, without a question of a doubt, this was the best dental experience I have had in my entire 41 years. I usually need twice the amount of Novocain Dr. Grosser used today, and the needles usually put me through the roof. I felt nothing! He was as kind as possible and explained everything every step of the way. I have never, NEVER, had a painless extraction, let alone one that difficult. No more hours in the waiting room, another hour waiting for the dentist...I was in and out in 30 minutes. I will definitely return for all my dental needs, as well as continue to recommend this office as MUCH as possible!!! (Shout out to Carmen...she's amazing!)

I have been going to Dr Grosser for years , and highly recommend Great Dental Smiles of Poughkeepsie . He is always caring and very professional. When I have had a dental emergency I was able to be seen ASAP . Carmen at the front desk is always knowledgeable and helpful.
